Tom Crytzer
Tom is an avid student of Civil War history. Having visited many of the Civil War battlefields in the eastern US, Tom is our resident historical expert. Sharing his wealth of knowledge, Mr. Crytzer gives presentations on the battle of Gettysburg to classes at various local schools and scout groups. A longtime performer in several musical genres, Tom now includes historical music, particularly that of the American Civil War, in his repertoire.
Mr. Crytzer also performs with the Alle-Kiski Showtime Chorus, a dynamic 30-member Barbershop men's singing group under the direction of his father, Rusty Crytzer. Tom also sings baritone with The A-K Connection, a Barbershop quartet.
An enthusiastic outdoorsman, Tom enjoys plying the Western Pennsylvania waterways in his fishing boat, kayaking and saltwater fishing on the East Coast. Mr. Crytzer is a senior chemical technician for PPG Industries in Springdale, PA. He resides with his wife in New Kensington, Pennsylvania.
